DELIVERING THE PROMISE OF CONNECTING COMMUNITIES

Our construction management and project management (CM/PM) team, will partner with LA Metro to deliver the Link Union Station CM/PM supportive services project, realizing the promise of bringing a vital transit link to the many deserving communities along its alignment.

Our team is a collaboration of three separate companies—LAN, D’Leon and HNTB. Using our combined talents and industry experience our team will deliver this project while exceeding LA Metro’s commitment to opportunity, inclusivity and equality for their Small Business and DBE contracting communities

We are a team of the foremost project management and construction management firms in the nation. Together with our outstanding SB and DBE partners we are an integrated team focused on delivering excellence for LA Metro and its stakeholders.

Lockwood, Andrews & Newman, Inc. (LAN) Founded in 1935, Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is a national, full-service civil engineering firm with California offices located in San Jose, Los Angeles, and Orange County, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.  As a wholly owned subsidiary of LEO A DALY Company, LAN offers alternative delivery, planning, engineering and program management services to our clients from 19 offices nationwide.

Key to LAN’s longevity and success has been the inclusion of meaningful D/M/WBE participation in our projects, regardless of goals. This follows naturally from our selection process, which focuses on the client’s needs first. We select D/M/WBE firms based on their qualifications, expertise, and reputation; our prior experience working with the firm; and the opportunity for meaningful contribution to the project.

D’Leon Consulting Engineers (DLCE) is a Los Angeles based Small/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firm with a long-track record of participating and delivering complex transportation projects. In addition to leading the development of both Metro and City related projects in the central downtown Los Angeles area, D’Leon has strong relationships with key third-party entities and stakeholders in the area. Throughout its history, DLCE has played an active role in the development of major transportation projects in Southern California.

HNTB Corporation, an employee-owned corporation founded in 1914, provides program and construction management, engineering, environmental, and planning services for transportation infrastructure across the country. With nearly 5,000 professionals nationwide – including over 200 local staff – we have the capacity and resources to support LA Metro’s successful completion of its LINK US project.
